A Study on the SCOR Model Support System Based on Map Info

SCOR model is the standard supply chain operations reference model. It can make enterprises accurately exchange supply chain problems. It also can give an objective evaluation of their performance, set the goal of improving the performance and impact the development of future supply chain management software. The function of the SCOR model can be greatly extended by adding the GIS technology. It can make part of the supply chain information graphic and visual, also exchange data with ERP systems of the enterprise. This paper mainly introduces the relative research and applications of the SCOR support system based on Map Info GIS platform. It is a good attempt for the improvement of the SCOR model.
