Application of PDCA circulation in functional exercise guidance of the limb deep burn patients

Objective To explore the effects of PDCA circulation applied in functional exercise guidance of the limb deep burn patients.Methods The continuous quality improvement team was established.Functional exercise guidance was implemented through the 4 phases including planning,implementation,examination and treatment.Results The satisfaction of patients to functional exercise and the activities of daily living capacity were improved(P0.01).Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation in functional exercise guidance of the limb deep burn patients can increase patient satisfaction and improve the effects of functional exercise effectively.
