Analyse the research of distributing of microbe community and the tendency of the change,disscuss the principle and traits of denaturing gradient gel electrophoresisand Terminal Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism,to research the law of change that the microbe community have in composting process,we can get effective and rapid information to filtrate the microorganism during composting process,then accelerate the development of compost technology.
