The Research on Block Code Pick-up Based on Handwriting Online Chinese Characters

The paper analyses common identification methods of online Chinese characters writing.Putting Chinese characters category as the basic unit for characteristic mode pick-up of Chinese characters,Analyzing the relationship among Chinese characters strokes to pick-up characteristic mode,combining the strongpoint of Chinese characters identification based on stroke online and handwriting characters identification based on etymon online in order to introduce another new method to pick-up characteristic code of Chinese character.
