REGISTER Attacks Based on Adaptive CS Algorithm

IMS is the core technology of next generation network(NGN),although IMS provide a common platform for the multimedia data business of future,IMS network will suffer from some attacks.This paper aims at the REGISTER attacks and proposes an algorithm which is called the adaptive CS algorithm.This algorithm can differentiate normal traffic from attack traffic by using the model of traffic,when the system is detecting attacks,it can modify detection threshold adaptively,so it can detect the attack which has low intensity.The result of simulation shows that detection system which applies adaptive CS algorithm has upper detection rate and lower false alarms rate.
