With the development of computer network, there have been more and more urgent requirements in the computer network security. PKI is a key technology for the information security. The key technology of PKI-data encryption algorithm is analyzed. The operation of ECC is introduced. And the emphasis is put on the discussion of the application of PKI by ECC and design on the model and the structure of this system. The security of ECC is analyzed, and the good application prospect of PKI by ECC is also described.
