With the development of electronic business,the internet shopping fraud presents a high trend.Owing to the diversity of its means,high level of science and technology and concealment features,it is difficult to obtain evidence even to the extent that it is not easy to redeem the economic losses.Therefore,we must take measures to prevent the occurrence of such cases so that the safety of network transactions can be cogently safeguarded.
