Fuzzy Evaluation of Features of Advanced Radar Emitter Signal Based on Cloud Model

Seeing that the fuzziness of index is not considered in the traditional evaluation method,this paper establishes the evaluation index system from three aspects: separability,complexity and stability,and combines cloud model with fuzzy evaluation theory,and then uses the bootstrap method to solve the evaluation matrix. The final evaluation results are obtained by new model created. Through simulation analysis,the certainty and fuzziness of the index in this model are both put into calculation to get the evaluation results of features more comprehensively,which provides one new option for sorting and identification of radar emitter signals.
