It is a multilayer distributed customer relationship management system based on B/S construction under Internet environment, which aims at standard chain management mode. It can be used generally, utilized and safely. Not only does it provide standard and normative management mode, but also dose it provide flexible interface. It can adapt to different cases of different chain management enterprises.
