Design of Distributed CA System in Digital TV Right Management

In this paper,an innovation of distributed Conditional Access System(CAS) in DVB broadcasting is proposed to reward the digital right management of digital television services.The methods of reducing the Entitlement Management Message(EMM) data and improving the efficiency of the bandwidth are also proposed.By using the proposed method,the television station and network operator can manage their service severally,and the real right management of digital television is realized.
