Flood control system for Liaohe Basin based on the Hibernate framework

In consideration of the disadvantages of the three?tier flood control system structure,a four?tier structure based on the Hibernate framework was designed and developed by use of object persistence and Java techniques.Application in Liaohe Basin shows that this four?tier flood control system structure can satisfy the requirements of different database management systems as well as amending the configuration files,without requiring that the procedure be modified.Hence,it can greatly reduce the duplicate development of the flood control system.Research in this paper provides a basis for the design of other water information systems.
