Design and implementation of Resource Center based on service metadata

Based on OGC/CS-W specification and according to the sharing demand of service metadata,from five aspects such as meta-data information model,database structure design,interface specifications,access control and resource quality evaluation,this paper designed and implemented an architecture of services resources registration centre.The architecture could not only have universality,but also be expanded personalized,and it would provide a thought of integrated application,sharing and interoperability for the GIS data and services.
