To establish DSM information system based on demand side technology and information is an important part to re-organize power marketing business. The article discusses the function localization, collection of data, analysis function and solution for the difficult problems. This article proposes a new development method of forum mode information system, which can effectively overcome the barriers in communication and execution of current development process.
