Application of GIS-based Enterprise-level Integrated Platform to Zhejiang Power Grid

This paper briefly introduces the overall situations of GIS and reviews its development process in Zhejiang power grid.The targets,characteristics,architecture and functionalities of the integrated GIS platform are described in detail.The functionalities of the platform include the power equipment lean management,distribution business management,low voltage district management,communication network management,project design management,3D visual GIS application,off-line analysis function and intelligent power plan.The construction of GIS-based enterprise-level integrated intelligent platform makes the integrated display and management of grid resources and grid structure come true.
