Synchronization Control of a Complex Networks with Time-varying Delays

Synchronization control of a complex dynamical network with time-varying coupling delays was investigated,and a linear feedback controller was designed.By structuring Lyapunov function,it was proved that the controller can make the complex dynamical networks with time-varying coupling delays achieve asymptotic synchronization.The results of the number simulation also prove the validity of the controller.
