System Effectiveness Evaluation Based on DoDAF Standard

System effectiveness evaluation based on DoDAF standard is simulated by Colored Petri Net and implemented with the method of system effectiveness evaluation. This paper takes example for the ESG (Expeditionary Strike Group) protecting the A island on the Pacific Ocean, then analyzes the defense system and induces to the CPN modeling. This system includes alert organization, command center, lead and execution departments. The number of the destroyed threat, the executed time and escaped rates in the unit time are chosen as the guide lines to simulate and analyze the system. Also set many different initial values in order to obtain the performance trace in different status, so can accomplish this evaluation.
