A low voltage, low power bandgap reference was designed. The proposed structure was designed without using an op-amp.By improving the feedback loop and increasing the resistance, the design can reduce power consumption and chip area. Most of the total current consumption is used for generating the output voltage.Designed with the CSMC 0.5 μm model, the measurement results show that stable bandgap reference voltage can be generated when the power supply is higher than 0.85 V.The circuit has an accuracy of 16.7×10-6/°C at-20~100 °C with 1 V power supply and a line regulation of 1.28 mV/V.When the power supply changes from 0.86 V to 2 V,the deviation of output voltage is 1.46 mV.Its total current consumption is only 2.4 μA with l V voltage supply.
