Electronic File System For LingAo Phase II Primary Package Project Document

As the requirement of quality assurance of nuclear power station,the management of project documents is different between nuclear power project and general project.In order to execute LingAO phase Ⅱprimary package project,the project documents need to be safely stored,transmited,and effectively managed.So it is necessary to build electronic file system based on the existing resource.There are two steps to build the electronic file system.First,build the platform of management system to safely store and transmit the documents;secondly,build the database management system to effectively manage the documents.The effect of this system is satisfactory.
