TOPSIS Evaluation Method on ″Have Both Hard and Soft″ Systems

In ″Have Both Hard and Soft″ systems, the soft targets and hard targets are divided into two distinct target system. The measured results of soft target system are regarded as a matrix with interval numbers. On the basis of Topsis method, we discuss a new Topsis evaluation method on ″Have Both Hard and Soft″ systems, which combined soft targets with hard targets.
