Inheritance of "Digital Heritage" Under Internet Environment

With the development of Internet technology,the network increasingly integrated into people's daily lives,becoming an integral part of life. Digital heritage formed in the network is our treasure that can be inherited by our successor. Digital heritage cases happened in USA,and domestic and foreign judicial practice show that the succession of digital heritage is not only necessary but also feasible.Measures should be taken to protect digital heritage in law.
