The criterion of subgaussian variable and it's application

In this paper based on the definitions of real subgaussian variable and complex subgaussian variable,four criterions of subgaussian variable are obtained,then the integrability of eλ|F|2 for random function F is disussed,which is defined by subgaussian series.
