An Improved Sphere Decoder Algorithm in Wireless MIMO System

This paper first introduces the wireless MIMO system,it studies the CL and KCL sphere decoder algorithm with a comparison about their performance and complexity.After that,it introduces CLimp algorithm that this approximate algorithm constructs a new low complexity and near to best sphere decoder algorithm,and analyzes its performance in detail.Based on this,this paper proposes a new JCLimp algorithm by combining the mixing KCL and CLimp algorithm.The simulation results prove the efficiency of bit error rates is very near to CL algorithm,but its complexity is far lower than CL algorithm,this performance proved its affectivity.
