Study the Communication Capability of the Space Information System Based on the Fuzzy Petri Nets

To the space information system,the communication capability is an important factor.The paper establishes the systematic architecture of the communication capability of the space information system,makes use of the fuzzy Petri nets(FPN) method and the AHP to analyze the question.Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are combined.The simulation examples aims at pointing out the result that bit error rate(BER) effects the communication capability,which is useful for the application to some extent.
