Analysis and consideration on combat effectiveness evaluation in radar EW

The essential problem on combat effectiveness evaluation in radar EW is studied.The complex electromagnetic environment is described and the principles of battlefield assumption construction are analyzed.The foundation and reduction method of evaluation index sets are provided.Three evaluation methods such as fuzzy evaluation method,neural network method and D-S evidence method used commonly are introduced and the evaluation performances are compared.To solve the uncertainty factors in the evaluation problems,a method based on D-S evidence theory is given which is a novel way to combat effectiveness evaluation in the modern radar EW.
