Value of Three-operators and Blood-oxygen Functional Image Technology and Colored Ultrasonic Doppler in the Diagnosis of Breast Diseases

Objective To study the diagnostic value of three-operators and blood-oxygen functional image( TOBOFI) technology and colored ultrasonic Doppler in the diagnosis of breast diseases. Methods 175 patients with malignant and benign breast diseases were all confirmed by surgery and pathological examinations. All the patients were examined by TOBOFI scanning and colored ultrasonic. Results The positive diagnostic rate of the two exams in benign breast diseases and breast cancer was 88. 75% through three-operators. The positive diagnostic rate of the two exams in benign breast diseases and breast cancer was 95. 79% through the combination of the two methods. Conclusion Two examinations all were valuable diagnostic indicators of breast diseases no matter benign or malignant,they have complementarity in diagnosing the breast diseases and breast cancer. The value of TOBOFI scanning in combination with colored ultrasonic is utmost.
