Implement of Receiving and Sending Short Message Based on CMPP Protocol

This paper introduces the CMPP protocol of Short Message Service of China Mobile. It gives the idea of Short Message Desktop based on CMPP protocol in Internet. It also Analyses a series of problems E.g. the encapsulation of CMPP, the interconnection of application layer, sending receiving short message and maintaining database in the process of program development with C++Builder language and TCP/IP protocol. Practical solutions are presented in this paper.
