Jasmonates acid are synthesized in plants to start their own defensive reactions when they were stressed by biotic and abiotic factors.The inhibitory factor JAZ(jasmonate ZIM domain) protein of jasmonade acid pathway was ascertained recently.The function of JAZ protein in jasmonate acid signal transduction was summarized in this paper.
