Class for data access based on -Net

For enhancing development efficiency of database application, based on VS.Net development platform a base class was designed that could access different database and has general data access applied function. With ADO.Net that have strong capacity for data access. Firstly an abstract was given about ADO.Net and its related concepts in design, and then the design idea and process were introduced. It is convenient to implement multifunctional data access with the class derived the base class.
