A General Platform Designed for SP SMS Value-Added Service

Based on the architecture of the current SMS value-added service system in China,an efficient,effec-tive,easy to use and extendable SMS platform is offered.A design scheme for continuous program running in win-dows operating system is given in this paper as well.The platform has been successfully applied in one SP company and the effect is great.
