Decision support system facing unstructured decision making based on decision flow

In order to support the process of unstructred decision,decision support system based on decision flow was proposed to support unstructred decision on the basis of refering to idea of workflow.At first the difinition of decision flow and decision flow engine was given.The difference between decision flow and workflow was also given.Structrue and framework of DSS based on decision flow was depicted.Then the model of decision flow of unstructured based on extensive activity net graph was studied.An example of creating model of unstructured decision case was provided.At last implementing of system based on J2EE and Agent was summarized.The system has the characteristic of flexibly supporting unstructured decision process.
