Implementation of Smart Antenna in TD-SCDMA System

The paper studies the implementation of smart antenna in TD-SCDMA system, and introduces detailedly the algorithm (Maximum Power Synthesizing Algorithm) used by this system and the characteristics of this algorithm. We discuss the improvement of the performances of TD-SCDMA system by using the smart antenna through the concrete analysis of capacity, coverage and Bit Error Ratio (BER) etc. Finally, we give the simulation for the BER and BLER in the different service of the system. From the simulation results, we can find the performances of this system can be greatly improved by using the smart antenna.
