Research and Discussion on Implementation Strategy of Generating Equipments' RCM

Obstacles that affect the implementation approach of RCM have been identified. Based on the analyzed results and characters of native power plants, the effective implementation approach of RCM was put forward. The proposed solution based on the perfectness of various maintenance strategies is to implement dynamic RCM with the feedback information by maintenance assessment; based on CMMS, which stores and manages correlative data, the system architecture of the RCM and CBM based CMMS integrated solution was proposed to accelerate implementation of RCM project.
