This research firstly reviews scholars' study on E-government Information Resources Management home and abroad,then it takes apart presen problems existing in E-government Information Resources Management of our country.Then based on concept of C-commerce,measures to deal with E-government Information Resources Management is put parward and and a case analysis combined with practice.
