Applying of the component technology MapX in the vehicle monitoring system

This paper presents application of the GIS component technology MapX in the vehicle monitoring system.It shows MapX's model structure and the applying of MapX in GIS. Form the paper ,it's easy to kown that scan of map,control of map's layer and applying of map's user-defined tools.Besides these,the paper shows us the realization of the vehicle monitoring in the use of MapX and valid source program.
