Factors that Influence Life Test of Capacitors

The effects of raw materials on the leakage current were emphasized using aluminium and tantalum electrolytic capacitors as examples.The effect of the operating temperature was analyzed.It is showm that while the ionic conductance increases exponentially with the increase of the temperature,the effect on various capacitors varies due to their different characteristics.
