For the consideration of intelligentized and greatly efficient need of forming transportation support scheme for a police mobile troops spanning area to dispose of paroxysmal,this paper proposes a system of forming scheme based on agents and illustrates technology in design and implementation of the system.The system that utilizes characteristics of agents implements distributed and cooperative works of forming scheme.The scheme is sound and flexible.The application proves that the system is of sound effectiveness and stability.
