Transformation between qualitative variables and quantity based on cloud models and its application

To achieve the mapping between qualitative and quantitative variables,a method for transformation between quality variables and quantity based on cloud models is proposed.This method utilizes and keeps the uncertainty in complex system evaluation.Consequently the reliability of evaluation is improved.An application instance is implemented to validate the feasibility of the method.
