On transmission delay in network publication

Network publication and transmission is a social broadcast activity that publishers collect, proceed,edit information,and then publish them through Internet.But the overfull information transmission in Internet inevitably causes delay in circulation.This article mainly discusses about how to solve the problem and let the network publication be received smoothly by the readers.
