Weighted Moment Method Based on Hu's Invariant Moments and Its Applications

To analyze features of digital images using invariant moment theory and technology,we proposed a weighted moment method with translation,rotation and scale invariance based on the research of geometric invariant moments.The method can be used in applications such as image feature analysis/recognition and image categorization.
