Application of Kalman Filter in Dynamic Automatic Calibration System of Time Grating Sensor

In the dynamic automatic testing and calibration of time grating sensor error curve,software is used to implement Kalman filtering method aimed to eliminate random errors.This method not only reduces testing and calibration time considerably,but also improves the dynamic automatic calibration precision.This paper introduces the system principle and the implementation method of Kalman filter.And the testing results prove that the testing efficiency and calibration precision reach expected targets.
