Stability in optimization problems with upper pseudocontinuity

This paper discusses the stability in optimization problems with upper pseudocontinuity.First,we prove that the functions' maximum points set of upper pseudocontinuous is nonempty compact.Secondly,we give the definition of the optimization mapping and prove that it is an usco mapping.Finally,we prove the existence of the optimization minimal essential set.
