The longlife micro-water and energy-saving hot blast valve is a new product with features of longlife,reliability,saving water,and energy.The on-line thermal test of such a hot blast valve is mainly introduced in the paper.The test installation and test conditions,the data acquisition system,the experimental data and so on are all explained.The experiment data provides the data support for studying the working condition,the actual performance and other aspects of this hot blast valve.Finally.it also provides the reliable basis for optimizing the valve structure.
