Test and Performance Analysis of High Performance Cluster System

This article studies the performance optimization of the parallel software running on the large-scale Linux cluster system through the performance test for the IBM BladeCenter High Performance Cluster System of our college.The efficiency of this system is exhibited and the way to optimize the parallel software is raised through the test and analysis for this duster system by running the test software,which is based on the Cannon algorithm,in different parallel environments.These results offer a foundation for the farther exploitation and study.
