This paper introduces the design principle,implementation and cryptanalysis of Rijndael algorithin.It analyzes the characteristics of a fingerprint IC card,puts forward the design principle and security measurement of the IC card medicare system based on Rijndael,and discusses the application and implementation of Rijndael in the system.The application of the fingerprint recognition technology in IC card medicare system is also discussed.
