Applications of DCOM Technology in Data Communication

DCOM technology is one of the most important bases of Microsoft DNA. A structure based on DCOM component is constructed according to the needs of transmitting data in the application. Equipped with data buffer technology and Windows message mechanism, this structure takes advantage of series of DCOM technologies, which makes long-distance data transmission more efficient, reliable and secure than SOCKET transmission. This structure is suitable for point-to-point data transmission between applications under distributed environment.
