Design and Implementation of Digital Microwave Network Management System Based on SNMP

Aiming at the problems encountered in multi-station monitoring of current digital microwave system,this paper proposes a SNMP-based network management model,including the design and implementation of SNMP in this system.It also describes the hardware and software composition of the system,the division of management object in the network management system,the building of MIB database,the expansion and transplant process of proxy,in μClinux.The experiment indicates that the remote monitoring of the digital microwave transmission system could be realized in practical applications.
