In personnel management structure and other organization structures, the individual is divided and organized according to Hierarchical structure. While carrying on management to the individual, a great deal of operation of Query is involved. Basic knowledge, phrasing and the step of Hierarchical Queries is introduced and method and regulation database of Oracle is analyzed with one personnel management structure in this paper.
