The Study and Implement of the Automatic Collect in CAPP System

In view of the collecting problem of complicated technology when CAPP is used as assistant tool of technology design, the complicated reasons of uncertain-data-source, uncertain-collecting-mode and nonidentity-afterward-deal-flow for automatic collecting in CAPP system are analyzed and the solution of automatic collecting technology is brought in this paper. The key technology of the solution is whether the self-defined of collecting term can satisfy users collecting requirement. So the SQL sentence which implements the requirement of collecting should be formed in the solution, the function of classify, sort and math operation in afterward-deal is modularized. The task of automatic collecting is finding valid collecting data source card in product tree, interpreting and executing collecting definition. The automatic collecting flow chart is given. The solution has been implemented in YHCAPP 2.0, and the efficiency of technology collecting has been improved remarkably.
