The competition among contemporary enterprises prominently manifests the competition among supply chain.The operation efficiency and competitive advantage of the total supply chain depends on the core enterprise.From the perspective of knowledge integration and sharing, the author analyzes the mechanism of forming the competitive advantage of core enterprises of supply chain.Then the author puts forward the strategies of improving the competitive advantage of core enterprise of supply chain based on knowledge integration and sharing such as building the distributed knowledge base and knowledge sharing network, and cultivating the trusting mechanism, incentive mechanism and knowledge sharing.
