This article introduced the importance on the electric power plants price competition and decision-making supporting system in electric power market operation. It has designed the decision support system structure and accomplished functional module design by this, including electric power market information analysis management, electric power market data take-over, declaration, load forecast, security analysis, transfer plan management, cost analysis, quoted price decision-making, balance and economic evaluation, sensitivity analysis, risk management etc. The system built various functions module connection using interface programs, could do the power plants price competition with net and decision-making calculation.
